1. Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. Processing includes order verification, quality check, and secure packaging.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (order by 2:00 PM EST)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. All orders include tracking information sent to your email once the label is created.
3. Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding, logos, or product references. The return address will display a generic company name. Your privacy and discretion are our priority at every step.
4. Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
Compounds requiring temperature control are shipped with cold packs at no additional charge. These are designed to maintain appropriate temperature ranges during transit. Upon receipt, compounds should be stored as indicated on the product label.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability varies by destination. Please contact us for international orders before placing your order to confirm availability and any additional customs requirements.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time through our Order Tracking page or directly via the carrier’s website.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or receipt. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order reaches you.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
